What did you have to fight against to become a gamechanger?
By doing what I do, I went against the idea and social norms that a social media job isn't a 'real' job. It wasn't as popular and mainstream as it is today when I first started. My parents, therefore, couldn't understand it at all, but I'm lucky they trusted me, and this is the reason why I'm here today.
What is your defining moment as a gamechanger?
Instead of taking the orthodox path of looking for a nine-to-five job, I chose to pursue a career in blogging and social media after I graduated from LASELLE. Personally, I knew I couldn't handle something like that, especially when I suffer from ADHD. It was a gamble but one that I'm glad I took!
What will be your advice to others?
Always follow your heart and do what you love, so it doesn't feel like work. This allows me to get up every day feeling thankful and excited for new opportunities and projects!
